Brownie with zucchini
After two years of inactivity of the blog I return to share my recipes.
I was detected multiple intolerances and I saw that I could not eat almost anything . Over time, I've learned to live with it and I'm doing some things, and best of all is that I feel great, although I still have a long way to go. Besides, I come back with a change in the blog that I I love it, thanks to my dear Maite, who is an artist and knows my tastes very well, she has left me precious !!!
Without gluten, without Dairy, without egg ... and also delicious! 😍😍

Zucchini brownie
330 g. of zucchini and 250 g. of gluten-free flour Mix Dolci by Schär
200 g. of brown sugar
75 g. of pure cocoa powder
125 g. of almond milk
125 g. of sunflower oil
15 g. of vanilla extract
5 g. of chemical yeast powder without gluten
1 pinch of salt
50 g. of chopped nuts
For chocolate coverage
100 g. of dark chocolate
50 g. of almond milk
We start by heating the oven to 180 °.
We grate the zucchini with skin and reserve it.
We put all the solid ingredients in the bowl of the blender and add the liquids.
Mix well everything and add the nuts, we incorporate them into the mixture with a spatula.
We pour the dough into a square mold (mine is 23x23 cm.), and we put it in the oven for 30 minutes.> We remove from the oven and let it cool in the mold.
We melt the chocolate with the milk, and once the brownie is cold, we cover it with it, let it cool again and cut into squares.
